Bijoux Boreal ships primarily to Canada. Please note that due to new United States shipping requirements we are unable to ship to the United States at this time. We are monitoring the situation and will adjust our policy when able to do so.

All orders placed with Bijoux Boreal will be processed in 2-4 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise posted. Custom orders will be shipped as per agreement with the customer once the order has been completed.

Orders $214.99 or less – Canada: Shipping and Handling – $18.00
Local vicinity orders (Regina) delivered at no shipping cost.
All orders placed with Bijoux Boreal will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada . This method includes tracking and insurance up to $100Cdn. Additional insurance available @$1.05 per $100.00.

Payments via our cart are processed through paypal.
Please note that you DO NOT need a paypal account to pay through paypal. There is a section for credit card payments, which processes your orders securely and safely without signing up for a paypal account.
Returns
- Returns are handled on an individual base. Bijoux Boreal must be contacted by email within 7 days of delivery, with a notification and explanation for the return of the item. All items returned must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Custom design jewellery and sale orders are not refundable.
- Please note that the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item(s). Your credit card will be credited for the amount of your purchase, minus any initial shipping and handling costs.
- Bijoux Boreal is not responsible for returned item(s) lost, uninsured or damaged in transit.
